I decided to get out of my expensive rental and was trying to find a house for me and my two children. As I drove down the street looking for that perfect house, I came across a 1 1/2 story stucco cape cod that I wanted to immediately fall in love with. My first thoughts were, great house, but can I afford it, and what is it going to be like to work with the sellers realtor? It was my second day looking and I hadn't gone into any other homes to this point.

The next day I received a phone call from Karla who told me that Eric would make time in a few hours if I would like to go into the home that day. I knew after the first two rooms that this was the house for us. The very next day Eric and I wrote up an offer to give to the sellers. He made sure that I found all the little problems that the sellers should fix and list in the buyers agreement. If I had any problems during the buying process, he was on the phone calling sellers, banks, relaying information from sellers, finding insurance agents who previously insured the house, etc. And he always offered this help with positive enthusiasm! When I moved into my house just a month later, Karla and Eric had the house professionally cleaned along with double checking the temperature on the water heater and leaving me bags of water softening salt!

I have bought many houses, but never, ever! have I had the kind of service I received from Eric and Karla. Eric and Karla have set a high level of excellence for real-estate agents.

I would highly recommend them to sell your house, or for buying a home.
